    This issue should be fixed in version 2021.1.1, please let us know if you're still seeing it with the update.

    Hi,

    Can you copy the log file from /Users/Shared/TechSmith/Snagit/License and send that to us in a support ticket? Once you've done that, try deleting the contents of that License folder and see if it fixes the issue.

    Thank you. I deleted the log files and then I was able to enter my key and the software is now working. I will add the log files to a support ticket for your information, but my issue is now resolved. Thank you again.

    Thank you for this. I was having the exact same problem on a new Mac. I deleted the contents of the License folder and all is now good!
