    Hi chamberlandmi

    You will need to log out of the free account in the App, then sign in with the Pro account email address/password.

    (Note, if you sign out / sign in and it's still associated with your Free account, please log out of Screencast.com and your TechSmith Account in your Default Web Browser then log into your Screencast Pro account and try signing out/in again)

    Awesome.  That did the trick. Duh.  Maybe not intuitive, but I might be a moron.  Awesome either way.
