Video Caption Service Unavailable

I'm trying to put captions on a zoom lecture for my boss and I'm getting this error message. "Video Caption Service unavailable. if you continue to experience this problem, please contact support. Click OK to exit the caption editor" Does the auto caption service still work? How can I solve this today?
