Trying to annotate a capture and can't get callout to work. How do you use it??

  Choose the callout tool, then click and drag out the area you want the callout to be in; like corner to corner.

  The callout feature is super un-intuitive now. I liked it better in Jing when it placed a pre-sized text box that you could resize, rather than placing nothing unless you drag.
