Zoom Upload

At the start of the semester, I could upload videos from Zoom to TechSmith Knowmia - no problem.  Now, two different videos are not uploading (the line goes pink), so I can't use Knowmia as a speech self-assessment tool.  Why are the videos not not always uploading?  (One was very long at 1 hour and 30 minutes, and one was under 30 minutes.) All semester, the videos have usually been between 30 - 90 minutes with no issues.
