Invisible Student watching videos

Student accesses video through Canvas, but tech smith relay does not record their presence, or % watched. Every other student was able to work through connectivity issues.  One student has Kaspersky firewall, and even when shut off is not getting credit for videos watched.  I can see that they are in canvas, and canvas is recording pages and time.  But TechSmith is not.  Ideas?
