Cannot Capture Direct anymore - after 2021 upgrade....

    Hi Bradley!

    Sorry to hear that this happened to you; fortunately the fix should be fairly quick. You'll want to open the Snagit 2021 capture window then click on "Image" on the left. See:

    You should then be able to press your hotkey to immediately start the image capture without that extra step.
