    Hi Manuel and sorry to hear of the struggles you're having with Snagit 2019.

    This might be related to desktop scaling, outdated system drivers, or an issue in the Snagit settings. Can you please right-click on your desktop and go to "Display Settings" then check the scaling for any/all monitors? If you have multiple monitors, please set the scaling to the same percentage (I recommend no higher than 150%) then relog into your computer (required) and test Snagit.

    If that does not work, I'd like you to close Snagit by going to File - Exit Snagit in both the Snagit Capture window and in the Snagit Editor (just pressing the X may not fully exit Snagit as it is designed to run in the background). Once exited, please open the Windows 10 Settings (Start Menu, then press the Gear icon), go to Apps, locate Snagit 2019 and click on it and choose "Modify." Can you please click on the 'Repair' option that appears in the window that pops up?

    Once repaired, can you see if the issue persists?
