Techsmith Capture do not respond when click on "sign in" button

    I assume you are on Win10?

    What is your default web browser? (you can search for 'Default Apps' which will tell you what your default web browser is...)

    Yes I’m using chrome as default on windows 10.
    I fixed the currently issue by just spamming the left mouse button on the sign in which opened chrome.
    But the issue now is that every time I try to open chrome I need to spam the left mouse button in order to launch it.

    The only reason we can think of for needing to "spam" the Sign-In button would be some other app is taking the focus away from Capture...  Besides updating Capture, have you installed other apps recently? Maybe you could quit other running applications and see if the problem goes away?

    The need for spamming is likely on chromes part as I have no problem opening techsmith normally
