    Hi Maxine,

    Unfortunately, we no longer support Snagit Mac 4 on macOS Big Sur. If you want continuing support on the new OS, you should consider upgrading to the latest version of Snagit.

    However, there is a workaround. If you change your capture setup to the old "OneClick Tab" in Snagit's General preferences, you should be able to continue capturing with Snagit. Alternatively, the capture keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + C by default) should work as well, even if you don't change your capture setup.

    Ah ok. I had a feeling that may be the case. Can the current license transfer over if I upgrade, or do I need to purchase a net new one? Thank you for the insights!
