Stopped working a few days ago. Tried reinstalling; no go. Can't open Editor.

    Sorry that Snagit stopped working for you, that's no fun! I think the best thing here would be for me to make you a support ticket, they can take a look at any crash logs that are being generated and figure out how to get this resolved.

    As for the license transfer, this might be the first time I've seen a request to go from the web version to the AppStore version, usually it's the other way around. I think this is something support can help you with, but I want to let you know that due to AppStore restrictions, some features like scrolling capture are not available in the AppStore version of Snagit.
