Activation server is unable to register your copy of Camtasia

Hi,

I'm trying to re-activate Camtasia 8.6 on Windows 10 after reinstallation of Win 10.

I followed the instructrion according to the article: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004165607-Camtasia-Windows-Activation-server-is-unable-to-register-your-copy-of-Camtasia- , but it did not solved my problem because I still got "Activation server is unable to register your copy of Camtasia" when validating my license key.

As I understand, the CamtasiaUtl.zip that can be downloaded from the article above, will modify the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, but after running the CamtasiaUtl.exe, it seems that the hosts file has not been modified. 

Anyone that knows which information to be added in the hosts file?
