    Hi CharlesP,

    Sorry about this issue, it appears to be something caused by a recent macOS update, but it only affects the AppStore version of Snagit. If you'd like, I can open a support ticket for you and they can switch you over to our direct download version while we work with our system audio vendor on a fix for this issue.
