Is there a way of disabling the top bar within the Smart Player?

Hi, I wonder if you could advise. Is there a way of disabling the top bar within the Smart Player (Camtasia 2020)? I'm happy with the bottom control bar and need the closed captions, but the top bar is rather surplus (this includes the 'Complete video later' button).

Hello Bea,

The top bar you are referring to only is used for SCORM content. And it is required to support Camtasia videos with the LMS SCORM integration. Here is an article with more information this.

Is there any other way I could publish my video and retain the closed captions but not have the SCORM content/top bar? I publish to Docebo and it accepts other formats (such as MP4, AICC, xAPI).

I have not used Docebo before, I do not know off hand. You would need to host the entire folder produced by Camtasia that includes the Smart Player. You can produce this without SCORM support. The thing I can not answer if there is a way to host all those files in your LMS. Just uploading the MP4 will not get you the closed captions created by Camtasia.
