Snag It - Print Screen Default

I had this set it before.  I want PrintScreen to do Snagit Capture with my 3-second delay.  It works fine when I have Snag It up and running.  However, if I restart the computer this feature is disabled. 

Can I always have PrintScreen to point to Snagit Capture?   How?
