    Hi there!

    If you're looking to zoom & pan throughout a video, then unfortunately it does not offer that functionality. However, we do offer Camtasia which has a built-in Zoom & Pan animation function; you can learn more about Camtasia at this link.

    You could, though, use Snagit to record your screen while looking at the JPG in the Windows Photo Viewer (double-clicking on the JPG itself should open the Photo Viewer, if not, right-click on it and choose Open With - Photos) and then zooming in via that interface (I use CTRL+Mouse Wheel to zoom in/out in the photo viewing app). It may not be as clean as using Camtasia, but it might be a good way to use Snagit to get a similar effect.
