I'm guessing many folks on this forum also create a ton of Camtasia projects that they'd like to properly archive. Of course once you've completed your project and are ready to archive it, Camtasia's "Zip Project" and a defined process is a great way to go. But what about all of those extra files you may have like scripts, notes, spreadsheets and any other assets you may have that supported the creation of this video?
Recently I've started doing something new, new for me anyway. After I've zipped up my project, I've been cracking open the zip file and adding all of these "extras" into that file. This way I have a single file with EVERYTHING I may need if there's a need to crack it open in the future. I've tested importing the zip file in Camtasia and it doesn't seem to have any issues with the extra files I've added to it.
My question. . . . Does anyone else do this? Have you every run into any issues?
