Interactive hotspot pauses when instructed not to

Camtasia version 20.0.13 (Build 28351)

I have inserted hotspots to link my video to outside web documents.  When the interactive player reaches the link, it pauses even though I unchecked the "Pause at End" checkbox in the interactive hotspot properties dialog.

Displaying video in chrome or internet explorer from Screencast.com.

Frame is 40:30.  Current link is broken, but not the issue.

How do I resolve this?

  I cannot reproduce the issue; no-pause-at-end is what I get ...

  how long is your hotspot [duration]? what keyframe rate are you using?

  something to try ... change the callout to a simple one without the behaviors; any help?

  Hello Brian,

  I looked at your project and it looks like you have 2 hotspots near the 40 minutes and 30 second mark.

  

  You will just need to change that hotspot setting to not pause the video or just delete that callout.
