Snagit 2021 Windows 10 20H2 not recording video

Using Snagit 2021.3.0 (Build 9201) to attempt to start video recording of generic desktop, the countdown starts, I record for a few moments then stop and save. All I see in the editor is the initialisation screen for the duration of the video recording. As shown below.

Any suggestions to resolve this would be gratefully appreciated.
