    Hi Jason!

    If you have the original email with your license key, you should be able to re-enter it no problem. If not, you can contact support to see if they can locate your license key for you. Hope that helps!

    Hi Carson,

     

    Thanks for getting back to me! When I select "Enter Software Key...", it just stuck in a spinning circle as showing in the below picture.

    Hi again,

    You should be able to hit the Cancel button, and from there you should be able to enter your software key. If that doesn't happen, I'd recommend reaching out to support for further assistance
