    Can you please confirm that you're running version 2021.3.1? You can do this by opening Snagit and going to Help - About Snagit.

    Additionally, are you recording a particular type of content (such as a protected stream, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)?

    Lastly, have you followed the steps in this Support Article that covers black/blank video captures?
