Today when I went to take a screenshot I noticed Snagit wasn't running. This is strange because I have it set to run on start up. But as I click the program, it refuses to launch. No error window or nothing.
I've tried searching for resolutions to this issue online following the suggestions in old threads here.
I've cleared the folders in appdata
I've ensured nothing is running in the Task Manager
I've even removed the files in the Registry Editor and unistalled all things TechSmith related.
When I reinstall SnagIt the program won't open... Am I SOL? I've barely had this product for a month... Do I just need to get a refund and move on to a different product?
