Removing Video Title Character Limits and Allowing Reviewer Notifications of comments

Greetings Team TechSmith, 

Our team has benefitted greatly from using Video Reviewer to coordinate on our video projects, but I think there are a couple of things that could be improved. 

First, expanding the Video Title Field on the Video Review Page to allow the entire title would be super helpful. The current inability to view the entire title of the video on the Review Page makes it difficult when you have a similar naming convention due to the nature of the video.  We would love to have the character limitation removed.  

Second, it would be great to have a toggle setting that would enable other reviewers to receive notification emails when comments are posted, not just the owner.  This would definitely help with team coordination and awareness of projects.
