I am disappointed in Techsmith. I have paid for your software for many years and recently inadvertently paid twice for the same license because I was promoted to do so. The customer service person did a great job getting me set up for a refund. And the tech support person did a good job getting it applied to the copy of the software on my PC because Snagit couldn't connect the server. But, this should not be happening--the licensing concept benefits Techsmith not the customer. Yet, all of the burden of compliance is with the customer. I like and use Snagit but at some point it is more trouble than it is worth. I realize that Techsmith is attempting to stop free-loaders with the license key concept but please also think about the paying (sometimes paying double) customers who may not want to have to spend their time with customer service and support.
