no Upload Queue
Capture does not show any Upload Queue (& there is no option to show/hide one). How can I enable the upload queue? Without it, there's no way to access screenshots to make further edits.
I am running version 2.0.1.545 - I uninstalled & re-downloaded from https://www.techsmith.com/download/jing/ and got the same version. How can I update to version 2.0.2.546? I'm wondering if the update might solve my missing queue issue.

All versions after 2.0.1 require Win10, are you possibly on Win 7/8?

Thanks so much for your reply - I am using Windows 10 Pro. My work colleagues have the same laptop/Windows set-up & are able to see the Upload Queue.
Is there another way to find my old screenshots & get back into them to make edits? When I look at them once saved or on the TechSmith site they are not editable (and not all show up there).
Anything else I can try to get the upload queue working? Without the edit feature I won't be able to use Capture.

Do you by chance have the "Keep TechSmith Capture running in background" option turned ON in preferences?

Try quitting Capture and restarting it.

Should I turn that setting off & then restart? I have quit & re-started previously with no change to the missing upload queue

We think there is a bug here... I'm going to turn this into a support ticket and let you work with customer support.

I have "Exited TechSmith Capture" & re-opened it both with & without "Keep TechSmith Capture running in background" turned on. But I still see no Upload Queue either way
