    Hi Raffy,

    If you're talking about system audio (audio coming from applications on the system, like a YouTube video from Chrome or music playing from the Music app), you should ensure the system audio component is installed properly.

    Go to Snagit > Preferences > Capture > Fix Capture Permissions, and check that the System Audio row has a checkmark next to it, like so:

    If it already says "Enabled!" and you're still having troubles, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the component. Go back to Snagit > Preferences > Capture and click "Uninstall Component"

    Then, return to the Fix Capture Permissions Window, and try to install it again.
