Thanks for stopping by our User Community! Unfortunately, Snagit is unable to edit/annotate videos beyond the basic trimming function and frame export; if you're looking to edit and annotate your videos, I would recommend looking into Camtasia, as it is designed to do just that. You can learn more about (and download a trial of), Camtasia 2021 via this page.
