    Hello !!!

    I don't have any of those apps installed in my PC. All I get from capturing a Window is a black screen with audio.

    This often indicates that the content you're attempting to capture may be blocked by an antivirus, vpn, antimalware, or by attempting to capture copyright-protected content (such as a streaming video from Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other similar services).

    What type of content are you attempting to capture?
    What version of Windows are you currently running?
    What version of Snagit are you currently running?

    Hello Robert,

    It is not my AVG AntiVirus..... as soon as I click on the red "Capture" button of SnagIt, the window showing the video stream goes black, that is before even clicking the "record" button.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi Ed,

    Thank you for providing the link to what you're attempting to capture as it is of a streaming service that maintains copyright-protection on the content; the behavior you're running into is expected with copyright-protected content.

    Unfortunately, there would be no way to properly capture that streaming service with Snagit (or our dedicated screen recording and editing suite, Camtasia).
