Snagit Green Bar/Shadow on Recording.

When I finish recording and am taken to the Snagit Editor occasionally my videos have a green bar at the top and any text I have written seems to have a shadow underneath. (See Below).

It doesn't happen all the time, but I have no idea why it is sporadic. It's frustrating as I have no idea if it will occur until after I finish recording.

I'm using OneNote for Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 7.

  Hi All!

  I just wanted to give a quick update as I'll be marking this issue answered as the proper solution varies from machine to machine. For those of you that might be running into this particular issue where Snagit recordings have a green bar along the top, the best way to solve this would be to speak with our Technical Support Team as many in this thread had this successfully solved, though in some cases, the fixes were different (it's often specific to drivers, hardware, or conflicting applications, though there are other possible factors).

  I'm having the same issue too...

  Working on a Surface Laptop 3, making screen recordings from within web browsers (mainly Chrome) and Zoom sessions

  Yes please.  I have the same issue on Surface Pro 7. Oddly didn’t see the issue until a switched to the Surface Pro 7 from a Surface Pro 6

  I am having this same problem on a few of the screen recordings, not using a Surface Pro, I have a new Lenovo, dont think there is a problem with any of the drivers. I am using a trial of Snagit and Camtasia, reluctant to buy if this is the quality .
