    Hi All!

    I just wanted to give a quick update as I'll be marking this issue answered as the proper solution varies from machine to machine. For those of you that might be running into this particular issue where Snagit recordings have a green bar along the top, the best way to solve this would be to speak with our Technical Support Team as many in this thread had this successfully solved, though in some cases, the fixes were different (it's often specific to drivers, hardware, or conflicting applications, though there are other possible factors).

    Working on a Surface Laptop 3, making screen recordings from within web browsers (mainly Chrome) and Zoom sessions

    Yes please.  I have the same issue on Surface Pro 7. Oddly didn’t see the issue until a switched to the Surface Pro 7 from a Surface Pro 6

    I am having this same problem on a few of the screen recordings, not using a Surface Pro, I have a new Lenovo, dont think there is a problem with any of the drivers. I am using a trial of Snagit and Camtasia, reluctant to buy if this is the quality .
