Changing thumbnail for videos already uploaded to screencast - change doesn't stick!

    Hello,

    It's likely a browser caching issue. Thumbnail images are cached locally so that you don't need to download them every time you visit the site, but this can cause the issue you describe.

    You can log in using a private browsing tab in your browser to see if that helps. Chrome calls this 'incognito' browsing, but it's usually called something different depending on the browser you use.
