Image Quality is Worse

I have been using Capture for some time now and lately the image quality when I capture, annotate, and copy is horrible compared to what it used to be. I cannot figure out why this is the case. My documentation is not something I want to distribute as it has a very unprofesional look with the poor quality images. Very disappointed as something has clearly changed. Please advise.

Could you post an example?? Every image capture should be pixel-for-pixel perfect - no degradation in quality at all.
