Snagit chrome extension file storage location?

I used the Snagit chrome extension to make answer feedback for student Google Form quizzes. I believe Google changed some of their share settings for files shared by url. I'm not having students report they cannot open the file.

I have the url and can open the image myself, but I cannot find where the files are stored in my Google drive or other storage location. I need to find them so I can change the share settings so students can again be nudged in the right direction.
