old files failes to update like before

i have sent this mail 3 days ago to to camtasia team. they suggested me to tell this to there feature team.

so this was the mail..

hi, i was a user of camtasia 2019. so there is a lot of .tscproj files i have been created for last two years... but since when i am using camtasia 2021, the first problem i am facing is to convert ... i have to open every old file to auto convert (with a backup files) ...... so, i want to know is there any solution that i put all my 2019 old files and it immediately convert all my files to 2021 ........

take a note . this kind of problem i faced before and the solution i was applying is to put all old file to camtasia batch production any after next attempt it asked my permission and i simultaneously press entre key... thus all my files converted in a short time (with backup files) .. this time i also try to do the same but camtasia 2021 version just ignore putting old files to the batch production ..............

its a big problem for me... because i have near 3000 thousand old files ... and every file takes 30-40 second to load and convert.... please give me a time saving solution.... thanks..
