Capture screenshots are being saved at 80% of captured size?

I've noticed for a while now that when I take screenshots with Capture the saved images are 20% smaller than the size I capture them at.

So, for example a screenshot I capture at 560px x 433px is saved on my desktop at 448 x 346 ?

When I take the screenshot I have the size set at 100% and I can't see anywhere else to affect the size in the Settings so I'm not sure why this is?

Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Hi Alan and sorry to hear of the struggles you're having with TechSmith Capture. Are you using it on Windows or on Mac?

If you're on Windows, please right-click on your Desktop and go to Display Settings- in the window that pops up will be a section for Scaling, what percentage is currently shown there?
