Capture won't sign in

I have been using Capture for years, but when I turned on my computer this morning, I got a pop-up that says I need to sign in. I click on it and signed into my account, but the app still says I need to sign in. Not sure what to do. I am using Windows.

  Any update on this? i can't use Capture in the past few months now...

  I'm curious, too. I can download the program and use it on my husband's computer (but it doesn't capture audio via microphone and his computer has no web cam). I get an error message on my computer and simply can't get in.

  Same problem here. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

  Deleting the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RelayRecorder_Settings solved the problem. For now anyway.
