Crop to Shape

How the heck do I crop an image to a shape other than a rectangle? This is super easy in PowerPoint, but I can't find a way to do it in Snagit. I've searched the help topics and don't see it - or the post was from a few years ago and doesn't quite answer the question. Using the selection tool, I can select a circle shape within the image, but it removes the part I want, not the part I've selected to keep in the new shape.

  Once you've made your selection.

  Go to the edit tab and select { Invert Selection }

  Once inverted you can delete the surrounding image.

  Keyboard Shortcut............Ctrl + Shift + I
