How to comment a video with Video Review while the video is beeing rshooted

Hi, I am discovering  Video Review and consider purchasing it. But before, I need to make sur whether it sticks to my needs. We organize business workshops; all of our workshops are observed by 1 person assisting (in presence), video recorded and commented Live by the observer. Additional commenters will need to be involved after the workshop to bounce on initial comments

We want to avoid spending time watching the full video afterwards (our workshops  usually last 1 full day, so it would mean spending another day watching all the video again per person involved) and focus only on key moments that were identified by the observer during the product assessment.

I then need to ensure whether Video Review allows to add comments Live (while the video is being recorded during the workshop) and identify relevant moments of the video in order to facilitate the creation of the videos will want to share with our client

I understand that adding comments live when recording the video using the Video Review tool is not yet possible at this time. For this tool, you need to upload the video first, then users can comment on the video afterward.

Couldn't a Live recording / publishing of the video fix that issue?

If not, would you have another reliable solution to recommend me?
