use Camtasia to convert Jing swf videos to mp4?

I saw in a response in an old post indicating that I could use Camtasia to convert swf files created in Jing to mp4, please provide instructions on how to do this. The version I have doesn't recognise swf files and thus is not a candidate for importing.
