Videos Embedded from Knowmia Now Require User to either Accept Cookies or Customize Settings
Recent videos that I have uploaded to Knowmia and embedded in a webpage now make a user either accept cookies or customize cookie settings. The message is obviously from Techsmith. To add insult to injury, every time that a user wants to view the video, they have to answer the cookies prompt before being able to see the video. How can I turn this off?

Gary, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The cookie banner was not supposed to be displayed for embedded media. The fix for this has been deployed. No action is necessary on your part. The fix should be applied to your existing embedded content. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you are still having issues or if you have any other questions.

Thank you for reporting this behavior Gary. Our development team is looking into this. I don't think it is supposed to show for embedded media.

To address this issue, I would suggest reaching out to Knowmia's support team or consulting their documentation and help resources. They will have the most up-to-date information on how to disable or modify the cookies prompt behavior when embedding Knowmia videos. They can guide you through the necessary steps or provide alternative solutions, if available.
Keep in mind that platform features and settings can change over time, so it's always recommended to consult official sources for the most accurate and up-to-date instructions.
