Camtasia Website not Working

So I'm in the market for a video editor and I had used Camtasia years ago. I'm leaning towards purchasing Camtasia, just cause I have some experience with it, but the damn website won't work!

I come back to the site every few days and still it won't work.

Every other site I use works fine. No VPN, just basic internet.

Is this not available in Canada?
