Thumbnails are suddenly grey

Greetings y'all:

Any idea as to why my thumbnail screens in TSVR are suddenly grey rather than taken from the video in question..?

Additionally, I've been having issues with upload errors when trying to export from Camtasia (Mac) to TSVR. I don't think one problem has to do with the other, as I have formerly manually uploaded videos to TSVR without any issue with the thumbnails.

  Well, that's not good. We've done some investigation, and have been able to reproduce the problem and are working on a solution. Thank you for reporting it! Will post back here when this is working correctly again.

  We believe this is fixed now, at least for new uploads. That doesn't help any for the ones already there, I'm afraid.
