Capture freezes after clicking record
I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and since then, any time I try to use TechSmith Capture, it freezes everything up after I click on the Record button. The image capture works fine but video recordings do not.

I am having the same/similar problem on v 21.0.17 (Build 35755).
I can click the record button, and I can choose which screen to record, but when I press the red button, everything freezes up.
Seems crazy that my work around is to create my video in SnagIt and bring it in!

I'm having the same issue so following to find out if there is a solution. I'm operating Windows 10 and v. 21.0.18.
