3d text/incredible moving backgrounds

I'm looking to create 3d text that can rotate, or just look super cool. Are there assets for that? I watched an asset video on youtube and wasreally underwhelmed with what I saw, but it may have been that guys choices and maybe the assets are good. 

So, if I can have a rotating 3d text, and maybe some sort of astral/abstract 3d background behind that, it'd be siiiiiiiick. 

If camtasia is unable to do this, what other video creation editors would you recommend? I fear I might actually need to get into the unreal engine or Unity to achieve what I want. Thank you in advance
