YOUR KNOWMIA LOGIN Kills CAPTURE
Whatever your recent upgrade was, it is now killing my Capture program because my "Knowmia" log in did now work.
First I have never had a "Knowmia" Login. Second, I don't want one. I have been perfectly happy with Jing, and was OK with Capture until this crap started. Now I'm about to un-install ALL Techsmith products - Camtasia, Recorder, Capture and Jing.
Please fix your glitchy software so people can get back to being productive.
