Bulk clipping of tracks...

Is there a way to select all the tracks/video clips and trim one second off the end of each one?  A lot of videos that I import from different video sources have a microsecond of black screen that I need to trim out.  When I have an hour-long video and say 70 short clips....it takes forever to zoom in on each one and select the blackscreen part and trim it out.  Would love a way to select all of them at once and trim out a second off of the end of each clip. Any help greatly appreciated!

  Select all (ctrl/cmd A). The position your cursor at the end of one and hold the right mouse button, it will show you the duration of that item. Drag it to the left and all of the selected items will shorten along with it. I would zoom in as much as possible, so it just trims individual frames, but that's up to you.
