Upload failed for both images and videos

Hi there, 

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise and capture 2.0.9.5660. Earlier it was okay but from couple of months I am having issue with the upload. I can either use save option or upload later. 

Any Idea what could have stop upload functionality??

  I have the same issue for both pics and videos

  TechSmith Capture Version: 2.0.10.565

  Edition: Windows 10 pro

  Version: 21H2

  OS build: 19044.1706
