Pasting pastes on first empty row, not first VISIBLE empty row
I've asked for this before, but it's been a couple of years. When I'm editing and pasting elements on a timeline, I almost always want to paste onto the same track as last time. My preference would be for paste to paste on the same track that I last edited in some way. If that's too difficult for how the code is written, how about at least pasting on the lowest empty track that is visible? Right now, if I have 5 tracks off the bottom of the track window and I paste, it'll paste the item 5 tracks offscreen if that's where the first empty space is. If a track is offscreen, I'm clearly not meaning to paste there, so can you make it so that Camtasia pastes on the lowest visible track? I can't imagine that that could mess up anybody's current workflow. But again, my preference would be to first paste on the last edited track.
Thanks.

I should mention that the "Paste on last edited track" assumes there's open space there. As part of my process, I add sound effects to a track so I'm going along and pasting in sounds on the same track which is why I often have empty space on the track I'm editing
