Freeze Region now freezes the cursor - it didn't in earlier releases

For years, I have used the Freeze Region effect to remove hover effects when moving the cursor across a page. I could freeze the region and the mouse would continue its motion through that region just fine. That no longer seems to be the case. Now, when I freeze a region, the mouse freezes too. I can see how that could be the "correct" behavior while the previous behavior was "incorrect" since it didn't freeze everything (meaning the mouse), but it is different from previous behavior and I just want to make sure that that was an intentional change. It'll mean that I'll have to update a lot of videos if/when I need to re-render them, but if this is an unintentional change, I wanted to point it out.
