Trouble with extending frame at playhead

I created a video in Camtasia 2021 and saved it to the library.  I then imported the video to a project.  My 'extend frame at playhead' option is greyed out!  It is on it's own track with nothing before or after it. None of the usual options work to extend the frame.  I could really use so help on this... thanks!!
