"unable to connect to this content"
I keep getting an error when trying to play a Camtasia SCORM package from our company LMS - the course launches from the LMS, but when I try to play the video, I get the "unable to connect to this content" error. I could not get courses to play in Chrome and have had inconsistent results across multiple test users in Edge (some worked, some didn't). Someone at our LMS vendor was successful in getting the courses to launch in Chrome - so I'm wondering if there is a setting for IT Security in our company that is causing the error?

Hi Ryann,
I would look into how the LMS is configured to serve MP4 video or possibly would you have a browser extension that could be restricting something?
